I'm a Psychologist and Certified Personal Trainer and love to put different services together. 

I've been an athlete all my life, was a skater, played soccer, runner (ran 4 marathons), martial artist, and scuba instructor.  Because of my love for sports and the need for coach development, I co-created a program for coaches and athletes that changes the culture of sport by improving coaches' approach to youth development.  I enjoy fitness training and sport psychology, and pushing limits.
